After eleven hugely successful years running The UK Caravan Centre together, the sisters had built something to be truly proud of — a business known across the industry for its warmth, its expertise, and above all, its happy customers. But with that chapter well and truly flourishing, the pair found themselves ready for a new adventure.

Tucked away in a beautifully secluded spot, yet just eight minutes from the stunning Norfolk coast, the setting was nothing short of love at first sight. With the charming seaside towns of Cromer and Sheringham both on the doorstep — with their independent shops, fresh seafood, sandy beaches and that wonderful old-fashioned British seaside character — it felt like the perfect place to put down roots and build something special.
A Passion for People, a Talent for Getting it Right
Anna and Catherine are not new to this world. Between them, they bring over twenty years of experience in the mobile home and construction industry, with a family background in property development woven in from the very beginning. But what has always set them apart isn’t just their knowledge — it’s the genuine joy they take in seeing their customers happy.
Nothing, they’ll tell you, beats the moment a client finds a home that’s just right for them.
Catherine came to the industry from a London marketing background, initially surprised — and then completely won over — by the quality and variety of modern mobile homes. Over more than a decade, she has developed deep relationships with manufacturers and an encyclopaedic knowledge of what’s possible, always working to get the very best outcome for her customers.
Anna’s journey began in property too, starting her career working alongside an international interior designer. Those years spent working with developers gave her an incredible eye for detail and a thorough understanding of every stage of the process — from navigating planning permissions to helping customers find and sell their perfect home.
Together, they make quite the team.
